- Mix well adding ½glass of water
- Add salt and let it boil untill it thickens, add coriander and lemon juice
- For takda, In a pan add 1tbsp oil, dried chillies, few mustard seeds, few jeera, and kasuri ethi, asafoetida and crushed ginger
- Add the takda to the dal
- Ready to serve with jeera rice, steam rice or roti
