- In a pressure cooker cook all dals with adding chopped tomato, ginger -garlic paste, salt, turmeric -dhaniya -Garam Masala,red chilli powder, some coriander leaves by adding required water. When dal is cook keep aside.
- For tempering, take a Kadhai, add 2 spoons desi ghee, and add mustard seed in it. After it spluttering add chopped garlic and fry father till it changes golden brown colour. Now add cumin seed, red chilli, curry leaves,and add asafoetida.
- Now quickly add cooked dal in it. Mix it well. Add 2 cups of water. Cook for 2 minutes
- Now dal is ready to eat with rice or chapati. Serve the tasty and delicious dal. Garnish with desi ghee and coriander leaves.
