- Provide 1 cup Chakka varati/ jackfruit preservative
- Prepare 1/8 cup Jaggery
- Provide 1.5 cup Thin Coconut Milk
- Provide 1/2 cup Thick Coconut Milk
- Use 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Provide 2 tbsp Coconut slices
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee
- Prepare 10 Cashew nuts
Instructions to make Chakka Pradhaman/ Jackfruit Kheer:
- Dissolve the jaggery in 1/2 cup of water and strain for impurities.
- Add the chakka varatti to this jaggery syrup and let mix it well, until the varatti dissolves and mix well with the syrup.
