  5. Make a layer of the berry-yoghurt mixture at the bottom of the jar. Use half of the mixture to make layer.
  6. Next add some toasted oats, crushed nuts and also some apple cubes.
  7. Now add some regular yoghurt to make a white layer.
  8. Repeat the process by adding toasted oats, crushed nuts and apple cubes. Top layer will be with berry-yoghurt mixture. Garnish with some berry pulp or fresh berry, crushed nuts and a mint leaf.
  9. Enjoy this beautiful parfait at room temperature or keep in the refrigerator to have them cold.
