Instructions to make Bottle Gourd and Prawn curry:
- At first add 2-3 tbspn mustard oil on the kadhai and heat it.Add 3tspn panchphoron. Add 2-3 dry bay leaves.
- Add the prawns. Add 2tspn turmeric powder. Add salt as per taste. Mix it well. Let it cook for sometime. Add 2tspn ginger paste. Add 2tspn jeera powder. Mix it well.
- Add the chopped bottle gourd step by step. Add first add half of it and mix it well then add the other half. Mix it well. Add salt as per taste. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 6-7min.
- Open the lid and mix it well. Let it cook for sometime. Again mix it well.
- Add 2tspn sugar. Mix it well. Remove the dry bay leaves. Add the green chilli and mix it well.
- Now add the freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well. Serve it with pulao or rice.
