  1. First remove seeds from Jackfruit then add them in mixi & make puree
  2. In a mixing bowl take milk then add Jackfruit puree,oil & sugar then mix well
  3. Then add semolina,baking soda,baking powder,salt & vanilla essence to that mixture & mix well & rest that mixture for 10 minutes
  4. Now in a pan heat 4 tbsp sugar & make caramel syrup
  5. Take a baking pan spread caramel syrup in it & then pour that Jackfruit semolina mixture to it & pat it
  6. Bake that in oven for 60 miniutes in 180°temperature
  7. Now cake is well cooked then cool it completely & remove from baking pan
  8. Decorate the cake with your choice, cut & serve this delicious beautiful yummy cake
