BESAN KE BARAY: - - Ingredients: - Besan 1 cup - Soda 1 pinch - Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon - Salt to taste - Method : - Sab cheezon ko mix kerke medium thick batter Bana kar half hour kar liye rakh dain. - Frying pan main big size ke baray fry Karen aur 5 min thanda kerke pani main 15 se 20 min dip kar dain. - - DAHI: - Dahi main thoda sa namak aur cheeni daal kar achi terhan paint kar rakh lain.
  8. FINAL ASSEMBLING: - - 1.sabse pahle dish main baray rakhain. - - 2.ab is pe dahi pour Karen thoda. - - 3. Chholay Aalo ka mixture add Karen. - - 4.again thoda dahi daalen aur khhati aur meethi dono chutniyan daalen apni pasand ke mutabiq. - - 5.ab pyaz, timater, hara dhaniya daalen. (timater aur pyaz bohut hi thinly sliced hone chahiye) - - 6.again thoda special masala sprinkle Karen aur aur papdi crush kerke daal dain. - - Mazedaar chaat ready hai.
