Steps to make Idiyappam with stew:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackle add ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp sauté for a minute
  2. Add chopped onion and green chilli, curry leaves sauté for a little add all veggies one by one and roast for 2 minutes
  3. On the other side grated coconut put in the grinder jar and grindwell with 1/2 cup of water
  4. Now with the help of strainer squeeze the milk and keep it aside now again left the coconut and add 1/2 cup of water again grind and separate the thin milk
  5. First milk is thick add second milk in the veggies and cook till tender add salt and garam masala
  6. Now slow the flame add first coconut milk donot boil it just warm and switch off the flame add inch of cardamom powder
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves
  8. Idiyappam I used readymade and only steam it and serve with stew
