  1. Soak the Red Chillies 🌶 Ginger & Garlic 🧄 into lukewarm water 💧 for about 30 mins time & thereafter, blend it to a smooth paste, fry the potatoes 🥔 as well & set aside- Also, marinate the chicken 🍗 pieces with some salt, turmeric & red chilli 🌶 powder, some mustard oil & set aside for at least- 2-3 hrs time
  2. In a frying pan 🍳 or wok: Add in the oil over a medium heat & add into it the wet ground masala & sauté for about 5-6 mins time, stirring continuously & then add in the sliced onions 🧅 & salt 🧂 & a little sugar & keep sautéing, ensure that it doesn’t burn at the bottom.
  3. Now, once it’s all sautéd nicely & releases fine aroma- add in the marinated chicken 🍗 & continue sautéing until it releases the oil on its surface.
  4. Now, switch off the flame 🔥 & add in the whisked curd- ensuring it doesn’t curdle hence we’the put off the flame 🔥 once all mixed until well combined- switch on the flame 🔥 again & finish the rest of the cooking 🥘
