Traditional ones are very thin like 1 cm.Now cut the biscuits using a knife or use a biscuit maker to shape biscuits as I did.Grease a try with some ghee and place the cookies. Transfer the try in oven and bake the cookies at 180 C for 10 mins in a preheated oven.
  5. Cool down the cookies by placing them on a wired tray or rack.After they cool down immediately store them in an air tight jar
  6. Serve and enjoy your healthy Atta Cookies.
