Let the onion cook while steering to avoid it kukwama kwa sufuria and to obtain the golden brown colour then add in tomatoes and let the tomatoes cook hadi ziwe soft at this stage you can add thufu but i always like mine ikiwa dry. remember you need to taste kama chumvi iko because tuliosha na chumvi sometimes salt huwa inabaki mingi sometimes inabidi you add a pinch - Add your chopped dhania and serve
