  18. Take 3 cups Yakhni
  19. Get 2 green chilli
  20. Get 2 tbsp yogurt
  21. Use 1 tbsp lemon juice
  22. Use 1 badian and 1/4 tsp jaifal javatri powder
  23. Take 4,5 aloo bukara(optional)
  24. Get 1/2 kg rice
Instructions to make Chicken /mutton yakhni pulao:
  1. Soak and wash the rice for 30 minutes.
  2. Take all the masala set aside.
  3. Take a pot add water then all the ingredients of yakhni with chicken and cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.
  4. Now strain the yakni and separate the chicken and whole garam masala.
  5. Now take a patili add oil and onions fry it until it becomes golden brown its colour.
  6. Next add 1 tbsp of garam masala fry for 1 minutes then add chicken and stir it well add a little bit of water with salt and green chilli and cover it for 2 minutes.
  7. Now add water and simmer it.
  8. When water is boiling then add rice and cook it well.
  9. At end check the salt then add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, powder of jaifal javatri and badian phool with aloo bukhara,(it can separate rice not stick to each other).
  10. Now give dum to the rice for 10 to 15 minutes and cook it until it becomes tender completely.
  11. A yummy chicken yakhni pulao is ready to serve with raita, enjoy it.
