- 1/2laddel oil because eid meat is oily and small I used oil and saute 1 onion and add garlic ginger paste1tbsp and fry add green chilli paste2tb
- Add in yoghurt 2tsp Zeera 4 black pepper,long5,dalchini4sticks,and mix and cook for 3secs
- Now stain yakhni and add in your pot and check it's salt meat of eid is naturally salty I put 1tbsp again add to taste,
- Add soaked rice in it and put for dam and make raita other side of lauki crushes boiled and vegitable it looks good with it.
- Keep for dam as water boils two or three time for 15mints. Rice is ready to eat
- Yoghurt 1/2kg add black pepper, 1tsp white paper1/2tsp, 1cucumber grait it, 1/2meduim onion chop,1tomato chop,salt
