  3. Then add beetroot and carrot. Cook in low flame. Use lid and stir occasionally.add green chillies,cumin and coriander powder.
  4. When oil will come out add garam masala. Add ghee.
  5. Keep aside to cool.
  6. Then make thick batter of rice powder,besan,salt,red chilli powder using water.
  7. Make small balls of the vegetable and dip into batter and roll in breadcrumbs deep fry into oil.
