  7. Take 1 small piece of mace(mace)
  8. Use 3/4 cloves (loung)
  9. Take 1 tbsp red chillie powder
  10. Get 1 tbs salt
  11. You need 2 big onion
  12. You need 6/7 garlic
  13. You need For Bong Gravy
  14. Take 300 g yoghurt
  15. Provide 1 cup oil
  16. Use 1 &1/2 cup brown onion
  17. Use 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  18. Provide 1 tbsp all spice (garam masala) powder
  19. Provide Green chillies,coriander leaves,sliced ginger and brown onion
Instructions to make Beef Bong Paye:
  1. First grind all spices of yakhni
  2. Now put onion, galic clove, grind spices, salt and paye in a big degcha
  3. Add 3ltr water in it and cover with lid and cook it on slow flame over night or 6/7 hours
  4. After7 hours put oil and ginger, garlic paste in pressure cooker fry it until it change in brown colour
  5. Now grind brown onion and add it in cooker
  6. Now add spices in it and fry it well
  7. Now put bong in masala and fry well
  8. Now put 2 glass water in it and cover with lid cook 40 minutes after pressure cooker's bell start
  9. After 40/45 minutes check that bong tender or not
  10. If bong tender well now mix it un yakhni
  11. And cook it again 20/25 minutes on medium flame
  12. After 20/25 minutes serve it with green chilies,chopped coriander leaves,sliced ginger and brown onion
