  2. Heat a pan with oil add onion saute it for 2 mins add tomato green chilli and all masala

  4. Cut ladyfinger in 3 part fry it
  5. Heat 2 spn oil add all masala add fried Ladyfingers.
  6. Aalu ki Chap: mix all ingredients make round shape ball put in tawa.
  7. Shallow fry it crisp it from both the the side
  8. Served it with plain roti, Aalu ka parantha, simple masala parantha, rice Roti, masala rice Roti, curd, mattha, raw mango aachar, chopped raw mango and onion salad, and with Mango
