Heat oil in a kadhai add onion, ginger,garlic, tomato, carrot fry for 2 minutes, then add chopped green chilli,boiled mash potato and boiled mash Jack fruit mix throughly then add salt to taste, cumin powder,chat masala, cashew nut, cardamom crush, cinnamon crush,clove crush, besan mix it,cook for 3 minutes, then add mint leaves chopped, mix and divide the dough like small balls.

  3. Then take the small ball, make it into a cylinder shape, dip into the rice powder batter then roll it on the semolina and deep fry it on slow flame till golden brown in colour. Serve hot with sauce.
