  2. Simmer on a low to medium-low flame. When milk gets hot, then stir often so that the custard mixture does not stick to bottom of pan and forms lumps. Continue to stir till the custard sauce starts to thicken gradually. Continue to simmer and stir continuously till the sauce thickens more. Switch the flame off and cover the pan.
  3. When custard sauce is cool down completely add fresh cream and add your favourite fruits and dry fruits into the custard sauce. Now refrigerate custard for 1 hour.
  4. After 1 hour serve tasty chilled vanilla custard and ENJOY!
