  7. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them around wet wooden skewer.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs.
  9. For smoky taste, place some hot charcoal in pan and add 1tsp ghee on top of charcoal and close the lid.
  10. Cover for 3-4mins.
  11. Switch off and serve hot with any dip, chutney or salad.
