  17. Provide 1/4 tsp nigella seeds kalonji
  18. Get 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds methi

Steps to make Achari Karela Aloo:
  1. Heat up mustard oil and heat it till slightly smoky. Then allow to cool it.
  2. Take a microwave safe bowl. Mix mustard oil, panch phutan, ginger, Onion, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and cook for 1 minutes in microwave oven with lid on the bowl.
  3. Add rest of the ingredients including chopped Karela and Aloo. - - Mix properly and cook with lid in microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Again bring out the bowl from microwave and stirr the contents properly and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Let the bowl stay in microwave for 5 minutes after cooking.
  6. Yummy Achari Karela Aloo is ready to eat. - Serve with fresh hot Roti or Parathas.
  7. Note: - * Achari Masala has salt, so use salt in the recipe accordingly. - - *Cool mustard oil after hearing, otherwise a raw mustard oil smell will come out from the recipe.
