- Then add milk and stir it cook it for another 2 mins then add soaked safron milk. Cook it on low and medium flame. At last keep the gas flame low and add crushed jaggery and keep stirring it for 2 to 3 mins when it's start melting it then add Cardamom powder and mix it properly then turn off the gas.
