- Make big lemon size balls from the dough, Roll to make a small circle
- Gently lift the paratha in the hot tawa flip it greased with the help of spoon for 1/2 minuet in one side in medium heat paratha get puffed Flip it over than apply ghee in other side and fry until golden browned dots appear both the sides. Serve hot with any curry / dry sabji
