- Make rice batter with rice, chopped ginger and green chillies.
- Mix grated potatoes with rice paste and again grind to get a smooth batter.
- Mix masalas, soda and salt and rest the batter for 10 minutes. Mix well the chopped veggies.
- Grease the pan with oil. Add a ladle of batter, cover and cook on medium to low flame for 3 minutes.
- Put some oil on upper part of pancake and flip. - - Cook the other side of pancake for 3 minutes. Do the same process to. Cook, all the pancakes.
