- Now cuts Thick slices of Potato into square Pieces.washed well.then drain the water.
- Now take a Pan add 2 tbsp of oil add gram flour and roast well.now take a muslim clothes put it on the Bowl.
- Add curd in the muslin cloth and tight the knot so that all the water from the curd squeez out.then put the Hung curd in the bowl.
- Add roasted gram flour,bread crumbs, coriander leaves
- Add all the spices like Chaat masala powder,garam masala powder,Salt, roasted Cumin powder,dried mango powder,corn flour,kasuri methi,red chilli Powder,ginger garlic paste.mix well.
- Now mix Potato Square Pieces into the mixture.mix well.then coated well in bread crumbs.potato Popcorn is Ready.
