- Now make cylinder shape of potato mixture
- Mix 1/2 salt and Eno in suji. Apply oil in a glass. Pour 2 spn suji in glass put cylinder shape potato in between
- Cover it with another 2spn Suji mixture. Steam it in idli steamer for 5-6 min.
- For Tadka heat 2 spn oil add cumin seeds, green chili, chopped coriender leaf, Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix it and now add white til. Put this suji snack in it fry it nicely
- Now cut it in round pieces
