- Use 2 boiled potatoes
- Provide 2 tomato
- Take 1 brinjal
- Provide 1 onion
- Provide 1 tsp grated ginger garlic
- Use 1 green chilli
- Provide Salt as per taste
- Take 1 tsp mustard oil
Instructions to make Litti chokha:
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and 1 tbsp oil.. Mix it.. Add water knead like a dough
- In a mixer jar add cumin and fennel seeds crush it.. Take roasted gram flour in a mixing bowl add the crushed cumin fennel seeds
- Now add, ajwain, red chilli powder, kalonji..green chilli,chopped ginger,garlic..now add salt coriander leaves and… Mix it
- Now add lemon juice and mustard oil mix it well.. Sprinkle some water..give a mix
- Now make medium size balls… Roll it like poori…
- Place 2-3 tsp stuffing.. Close the edges… Press it slightly
- Heat oil in a wok.. Deep fry the litti
- Roast brinjal and tomato on the gas in a medium flame..remove the skin
- Using a masher mash brinjal tomato, potato, ginger garlic
- Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt and mustard oil.. Mix it.. Serve it
