  9. Cut the cooked egg mixture in parallel pieces and take the out in a plate.
  10. To make the batter, combine refined flour, corn flour, salt and 1/4 cup water.
  11. Make a smooth, semi- thick paste.
  12. Dip the egg pieces in the flour batter then coat evenly in bread crumbs.
  13. Egg pieces are ready to fry.
  14. Heat oil in a pan and drop the coated egg pieces once the oil is hot enough.
  15. Fry the pieces till golden brown.
  16. Egg fingers are ready to serve.
  17. Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
