  16. Prepare Vegetable Oil or Butter as required

  18. Get 2 large brown onions
  19. Get 2 inches ginger
  20. You need 9 garlic peeled peices
  21. Prepare 5 finger green chillies
  22. Take 15 Mint leaves
  23. Prepare 50 gms cashews
  24. Prepare 2 tablespoons khus khus soaked in 50 ml hot milk along with cashews
  25. Use 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  26. Take 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
Steps to make Cubed Egg n Chicken:
  1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add 1/2 tsp butter or vegetable oil and add the boiled and shredded chicken along with a pinch of salt just enough for the chicken along with powdered pepper. Fry on medium low flame until golden brown. Strain and transfer on to a kitchen towel.
  2. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon butter and saute the onions chillies until the onions turn transparent. Cook on medium low heat. Add the washed and sliced button mushrooms. If you're using unsalted butter add a dash of salt just enough for this mixture along with half the mentioned quantity of turmeric powder. Add the finely chopped bell pepper, switch off the stove and close the pan. Let the bell pepper cook in that heat.
  3. In a separate bowl beat all the egg whites to a peak. Blend in the sugar. Now add the yolk one at a time until all four are incorporated. Pour in the milk, add powdered pepper and salt enough for this mixture. Mix in the cooked chicken,the sauteed onion mixture along with the chopped coriander or parsley.
  4. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking dish using butter and flour. Pour in the mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Once the bake is cooled in room temperature, transfer on to a plate and cube it.
  5. In the same non-stick pan, heat oil add the ground onion chillies ginger garlic mint mixture,and cook until the raw smell evaporates. Add a dash of turmeric powder salt just enough for this mixture and enough water to cook it. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add the ground cashew khus khus and coconut mixture along with a dash of cinnamon powder and cook on medium flame until mixture thickens. Incorporate the baked cubes and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
