  17. Prepare 10 small packet - Jems
  18. Get 1 wire(15cm length)
Instructions to make Gravity Cake:
  1. First beat curd and powdered sugar. Beat till sugar desolve.
  2. Add oil and vanilla essence. Beat 2-3min.
  3. Sieve flour, baking soda, baking powder, coco powder and salt. - Mix well.
  4. Mix dry ingredients in wet ingredients, slowly and mix well. Now add milk and make smooth batter.
  5. Pour this better into greased tin. Pre heat oven at 180℃, and keep tin into oven for 40 min, or till complete cook.
  6. For chocolate Ganache Frosting—- - In a heavy bottom pan, add butter as it melted now add cream heat it till it become warmed.
  7. Now add it into chocolate chips, and mix till get smooth mixture.
  8. Once cooled, use whisk, to incorporate air and increase the volume of the ganache. Spread on cakes.
  9. Now stick KitKat all over the cake. Now fold both side of wire in opposite direction.
  10. Put it into cake, apply chocolate frosting on it. Now stick jems on it and add remaining jems in cake. Gravity cake is ready.
