Steps to make Tuvar Kachori:
  1. Combine flour 2-3 tbsn oil soda & salt. Mix well. Add water & knead a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside
  2. Heat oil. Add zeera ajwain let it slputter. Add chillies, green garlic, cashews & cook for a while. Add crushed tuvar beans & cook for few minutes. Add salt, garam masala powder, sugar, lemon juice, raisins. Cook for few minutes. Remove from heat & let the mixture cool down.
  3. Knead the dough & roll out like a log. Cut into equal lemon size ball portions. Roll out a small disc on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of prepared tuvar mixture. Bring all the edges together & seal like a potli. Repeat same process for remaining dough & mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai & deep fry on medium heat until golden & crisp.
  5. Serve hot with tea & dips of ur choice
