- Use 1/2 kg Matar
- Provide 300 grams Paneer fresh

- Just peel peas and wash. Peel onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes to make paste in mixi and put Paneer in hot water to make it soft.
- Firstly make paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli. And tomatoes puree separately. Now take pressure cooker and add oil and heat it and then add paste to it.
- Now saute till golden Brown and add tomatoes puree to it and after 2-3mins add Dry ingredients to it.
- Now heat another pan with water boil it… and add peas to the masala in pressure cooker and add hot boiling water to it and let it whistle for 3.
- Now cut paneer in to Cubes. and deep fry in a pan to make it light golden.And add this to the ready gravy. Your Matar Paneer is ready to serve!!! Enjoy with chapatis!!
