- Phir 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoona phir is me haldi powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,green chilli, tomater,yogurt,mint,dal bhoona
- Jab masala ka oil upper A Jay to Aloo aur matar dal mix karein aur 1 glass pani dal kar cook karein.
- Aur Aloo gal jay to is me basmati rice dalen aur 4 glass pani dal kar cover kar ke cook karein 15 minutes ke baad rice me spoon chalain.
- Aur rice me se pani dry ho na per mint aur fry onion dal kar dum dhen 10 minutes.
- Now Matar Aloo pulao ready.
