- First of all peel peas then take tomatoes, boil until it turns soft keep aside to cool.
- Grind all dry ingredients and grind onion and chill garlic paste.
- Now take a Kadhai put 2 tsp oil and fry methi in it on medium flame for 7 to10 minutes keep aside.
- Then take non stick pan heat the pan add 2 big tablespoon oil add onion paste fry it for 3 minutes then add chilli garlic paste
- Now peel tomatoes and make puree now add all masalas (chill powder, Turmeric powder and salt) mix it well and cook some time
- Now add all dry masala powder (cashewnuts, badam Khus-khus, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, grind it to make powder) add that powder cook it until gravy leaves the pan.
- Then add boiled peas mix it well adds methi mix it well and cook for 2 minutes then add Malai add some water if required or as per your taste.
- At last cook for 2 minutes then off the flame our methi Matar Malai is ready to serve.
