- Take green peas make paste.
- Take all ingredients of paste and make fine paste.
- Heat oil in a wide and heavy bottom pan. Add the cauliflower florets and shallow fry them till golden brown. Now add chopped potatoes shallow fry them till golden brown.
- Now add vadis in oil. Shallow fry them till golden brown.
- In pan, add 1 teaspoon oil. Add green peas paste saute it for 10 minutes on low heat. Keep aside.
- Now in same pan add oil, asafoetida, jeera, bay leaves and onion. Saute it well.
- Add the ground paste in the pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Now add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and saute it.
- Now add potatoes, cauliflower, vadi, Green peas, salt and 5 cups of water Cook it for 10 minutes.
- For Tadka:-
- In pan heat ghee, dry red chilli add cloves. Now give Tadka on Nimona.
- Add fresh chopped coriander and mix. Serve Green Peas Nimona with steamed rice, Jeera rice or Roti.
