  5. Mix well & cover and cook 10 min on medium flame.
  6. After 10 mins close gas & cool properly.
  7. After cool remove water & grind into fine paste.
  8. Add in a pan 3 tbsp oil & add shahi jeera & bay leaf & fry 1 min.
  9. Add paste and fry for 2 to 3 mins.
  10. Add salt and garam masala & mix well & add ½ cup water.
  11. Add matar & cover and cook for 12 mins.
  12. After 12 mins add methi mix well & 1 cup fresh malai mix well add 4 tbsp water & ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  13. Cover & cook only 2 to 3 mins.
