  5. Add spices- salt to taste, 01 tsp chilli powder or as per taste,01 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp turmeric and mix it well
  6. Add 02 tbsp water and cover on low flame for 6-7 min.
  7. Open and check for done potato slice into 02 pieces.
  8. If potatoes are cooked well add 1/2 tsp garam masala and 01 tsp of dry mango powder.
  9. Mix it well.
  10. SERVE HOT WITH CHAPPATI/ ROTI.
