Steps to make Tava Pulav:
  1. Soak rice in water for half and hour then boiled and drainout water and cool it then heat the pan add oil and butter add jeera then add whole masala dry mirchi tej patta hing stir it add lahsun adarak paste stir it add chop pyaz make light pink add tomato puree and stir constantly
  2. Add boiled vegetable (parboiled) mix all add garam masala regular masala mix it and cook slow flame cover it now add boiled rice stir it all r mix and cover lid on slow flame now open lid smell comes out
  3. Very yummy and tasty Biryani or Tava Pulav transfer to plate garnish with fresh Coriander cashew nuts
