- Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Take 1 tsp Cornflour
- Use 3 tbsp Oil
- You need Oil to fry
Steps to make Chital muthi:
- Boneless fish using fork
- Add 1tbsp oil into pan.
- Add1chopped onion. After1minute add ginger garlic paste. Saute for1minute. With this add 1chopped chilli,salt turmeric,Black pepper powder,red chilli powder, 1tbsp coriander leaves,garam masala powder and potato to fish. Mix well.
- Paste remaining onion,ginger,garlic,chilli and coriander leaves together.
- Take small amount of fish and make muthi. Fry. Repeat this for full fish.
- Keep aside fried fish balls.
- Add rest oil into pan.Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli.
- Now add the paste
- Add salt,sugar,garam masala powder.
- Cook well.Add water and let it boil.Add1tsp cornflour mixing with little bit water.
- Then add fish balls. After2minutes put off the flame. Ready.
