- Method for grVy
- Firstly Seive the flour and put it in a big pan.
- Chop the tomatoes.
- Now fill the pan with water and mix it well see that there are no lumps of flour.
- Now put all the ingredients tomatoes and cook on low flame after the first boil
- Let it boil nicely on low flame.. - The more the gravy boils it taste better.. boil till the raw smell of flour goes
- Adjust the gravy accordingly to the cinsistency of the gravy it should not be very liquid or very thick.

- Seive the besan in a mixing bowl. - Finely chop o ion green chillies coriander and put in besan.
- Now mix all the the other ing oil and add very little water to knead the dough… - Note the dough should be hard..
- Now make very small balls and boil them seperately in another pan taking 2 glasses of water.
- Boil.on medium flame till they become double the size..
- Now add these balls to the gravy let it boil for 10 mins…
- Now sprinkle sum red chilli powder over the gravy and give mustard seeds ka tadka.
- Garnish with coriander
