Instructions to make Samak Rice Pulao:
  1. Add 2tbs ghee to a container and put it onto the flame.
  2. Once the ghee heaten up add half tbs Cummin seeds and splutter it.
  3. Add green chillies and sliced tomato to it and heat it till tomato soften up.
  4. Then add Roasted cashew nuts, almonds and peanuts.
  5. Then to this mixture add Samak Rice. Remember to dip the Samak Rice to water for atleast 15 to 20 minutes before adding them to the mixture.
  6. Now add Turmeric powder and Rock Salt to it.
  7. Samak Rice Pulav is ready. Just add fresh corriender leaves onto it to garnish.
  8. For Curd Raita - Firstly add rock salt, red chilli powder and pudina leave powder into the curd and brisk it well. Raita is ready.
