- For Dhuska…frst of all soak rice and split chickpea separately 4 8hrs either overnight
- Now drain excess water and make a paste of both rice and pulse

- Now heat rfind oil in a fry pan…and tak a laddle full of batter and pour into oil…

- For Ghugni…remove water frm blck chickpea n keep aside…tk a pressure cooker n heat musturd oil…den add sliced onion n saute…when the onion became transulent add all dry spices wid Gngr grlic paste n salt…. when masala separates oil add Blck chic pea…n saute for 5 to 10 min…now add sm water n close d lid….n wait for 5-6 whisthles..after that off d gas n wait for opening the lid..after opening, check the gravy..make sure that the gravy is thick.Now grnish wid corindr leaves n serve
