- Take a kadhai, add 1.1/2 liter water. When the water boiled add rice, sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil cook the rice and drain the water. Keep it a side in a cool place.
- Take a pan add 1 spoon ghee add paneer cook when turn into brown. Cut the carrot, capsicum into same size.
- In kadhai add ghee than add bay leaf, red chilli, cloves roast it add cashew nuts and raisins roast it few minutes.
- Than add all vegetables and 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix it 2-3 minutes. Than vegetables roasted well mix rice. Add 1/2 tbsp salt and add paneer. Mix it well. Pulao is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with chole, Shahi Paneer, Raita etc……
