  1. In a pan add 2 tbps oil and add sliced onion and cook till onion turns lite golden at medium flame.
  2. Now add chopped potato and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.
  3. Now add all spices like turmeric powder, salt, pav bhaji masala and red chilli paste and mix well.
  4. For red chilli paste add 5-6 red chillies in mixer jar with garlic cloves and cumin seeds. Add water to soak and to make paste. And grind it to a paste.
  5. Now add chopped tomato and let it cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.
  6. Now add green peas and add 1 cup water and let it cook for 5 minutes bat medium flame.
  7. Now add chopped cabbage and cook it for 2 minutes at medium flame.
  8. Once veggies soften, mash all well and add boiled rice. Mix all very well. Tawa Pulao is ready to serve with veg raita and salad.
