  17. Prepare 4 tbsps cheese Any kind of shredded -
Instructions to make Paneer Pizza:
  1. Proof the yeast by dissolving it in warm milk and sugar mix and keep aside for 10 mins. The yeast should be dissolved. After 10 mins, the mix should turn frothy and have risen. This is called proofing the yeast. If its not frothy and risen, the yeast is not good and you should not proceed making as it will be smelly, result in uncooked, white even after cooking. So use good quality yeast.
  2. Take a broad vessel,add oil,sugar & salt. Boil the water and add to it.Mix well to dissolve sugar and salt and then add the milk yeast mixture.Add the flour and gather to get a smooth dough. No need to knead so much.Keep covered with a wet cloth for an hour.After an hour it will be doubled in size.
  3. Again gather to make a smooth pliable dough. Adjust the thickness and roll out to a single base. You can prick the base with fork to make sure of getting cooked every where.
  4. Spread the sauce and sprinkle some cheese. Arrange the veggies as desired & put paneer pieces on top and add the grated cheese to cover the toppings.Then sprinkle the masala powders, green chilly & oregano. Drizzle little oil on top.
  5. To bake the pizza, grease a pizza pan,with oil/butter and transfer the prepared pizza to it. Preheat the oven to 210 degree Celsius and bake in convection mode for about 12- 15 mins, till the base and the cheese turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy hot pizza with your favourite sauce.
