  15. Take 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in water

  1. In a mixing bowl combine marinating ingredients & make a smooth paste.marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for atleat 10 hrs for good results.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai & deep fry the chicken pieces on medium flame until done. Keep aside.
  3. Now in a kadhai heat oil. Add the chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. Add the chopped onion capsicum. Stir fry for few minutes.
  4. Mix all the sauces in a small bowl to a smooth paste.
  5. Add the chings secret manchurian mix, the sauce mix, and lil beat of water. Let the gravy simmer on low heat. Add the cornflour starch mix & stir well. Add the spring onions & mix well. Gravy is done. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve hot & crisp chicken with piping hot manchurian gravy.
  7. U can also toss the chicken pieces in the gravy & stir fry on high heat.
