- 3 step: chop onion keep it side,Now take a small bowl, add 3-4 spoon of schezwan, tbl spoon of vinegar,2 spoon of tomato sauce and mayonis
- 4 step : mix it well.take a bowl and take 2 eggs put some salt and mix it well keep both the bowls a side
- 5 step: take a maida dough make a roti of it keep a side and while (making a maida roti apply oil). Take a pan put some oil and make a pan to heat properly, and than take the chicken and put it on the pan and allow it to cook,when the chicken is properly cooked turnoff the flame and than cut the chicken in a small-small peaces and keep a side.
- 6 step: now take a tava heat it properly put some oil and put your maida roti on it and allow it to cook it from one side in a low flame,now turn the maida roti from other side and allow it to cook and now apply egg like a oil in your maida roti and now let it cook..after that turn the roti let the egg side face towards flame side so it can get cooked properly,after maida roti and egg cooked properly remove it on a plate and apply the sauce which you had made from schezwan which is mentioned in step 3.
- 7 step : put some chopped onion and chopped chicken slice and now role it and put it into tava and let it get heat.Now serve it hot.
