  1. Heat butter in a pan add garlic cloves, ginger, green cardamom, and saute till fragrant.
  2. Add chilli powder and saute for 1-minutes, add tomatoes and mix. Add salt, cover and cook till tomatoes turn soft.
  3. Add 1/2-cup water, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 30-minutes or till tomatoes turn pulpy.
  4. Discard the whole spices, remove from heat and blend the mixture into a smooth mixture.
  5. Strain the mixture in another pan on heat and boil the mixture.
  6. Add honey, reduce heat and mix. Add garam masala powder and add kasuri methi powder and mix. Add cream and mix. Add paneer and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle some dried kasuri methi leaves powder and serve hot.
  8. Serve with jeera rice or paratha or nan.
