- Add 1 and 1/2 glass water. Cook the tomatoeson medium flame for 15-20 minutes or till tomatoes are cooked properly. Mix the mixture in between while the tomatoes are getting cooked.you can also cook the tomatoes in pressure cooker.
- So the tomatoes are cooked.turn the flame off. Now we will let the tomatoes cool down properly before grinding them. Once the tomatoes are cooled down.we will separate cardamom peels from the mixture. Also separate cloves and black pepper from the mixture. Now we will grind the mixture in a grinding jar.
- Pour the puree into a pan.while keeping the flame medium.add butter to the puree. Add salt as per taste. As the added butter also has salt in it. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder.mix it once and add milk, honey, fresh cream.mix it well.
- Add chopped green coriander leaves.a the add paneer. Mix and add garam masala.now we will cook the curry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
- The butter paneer masala is ready. Now we will make pizza. Hear we are using pizza base. Like pizza sauce.we will spread gravy of the pizza curry on the pizza base. Add paneer cubes from the gravy on top the pizza as toppings. Add mozerela cheese.
- We will now bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius. And bake the pizza at the same temperature for 10 minutes.
- Now pizza is ready. We will garnish it. Sprinkle oregano flakes a the chilli flakes on the pizza a the serve hot.
