- Prepare 50 gms Small size Tamarind
- Prepare 100 gms Garlic
- Provide 20 pieces small onion
- Take As per taste Chilli Powder
- Use 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make Tamarid & Garlic Kulambu - Very Healthy TamilNadu Traditional Dish:
- Pour 4 tablespoons of Oil in Vessel. Once Oil hot, add Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds and fry. Add small Onion till Onion turns light brown. Then add garlic in this mixture and stir little.
