  1. Grind chana dal
  2. Grind rice
  3. It should be bit tight
  4. Form dough of rice mix salt to it
  5. Flatten it
  6. To Hans dal add all the ingredients fill it in flatten rice chapati and fold it
  7. Steam it for 25 minutes
  8. Take it out and cut in pieces fry it in 1 spoon oil mustard seeds and curry leaves
  9. Serve with gavey sabzi
